Ernst & Young acquires Capital City Technologies
McLean, Virginia, 2 November 2009 – Ernst & Young today announced that it has acquired Capital City Technologies, a management and technology consulting firm dedicated to serving the government sector. The transaction closed on October 30, 2009 and involves a total of 69 employees.

Capital City Technologies will become part of the Government and Public Sector group of Ernst & Young’s Advisory Practice. This acquisition will integrate the firms' complementary competencies in the areas of program management, financial services, enterprise resource planning, technology, compliance, risk management and business performance improvement.
