Guidelines for Resale of International Private Leased Circuit services in India

Further to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India's (TRAI) recommendations on the measures to promote competition in the International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC) segment, the Department of Telecom has permitted the resale of IPLC in its new policy statement issued on 24 September 2008.
